Hi Catherineva - welcome!

My kids went to sleepaway camp in Honesdale, PA - Camp Towanda - are you anywhere near there?

We'd love to hear all about your gardening - what kinds of houseplants do you grow? What have you been growing outside besides coleus?

When you get comfortable, stop by down in Banter Hall in the coffehouse and join in the fun there - we talk about pretty much anything and everything!

Hi!
I'm a newbee from Maryland! Had a ? I grew some morning glories in a window box over the summer. Should I bring them in now that it is cold in an effort to "save" them during the winter or just let them die and hope they reseed in the window box?
Thanks!

Welcome to the GardenHelper wavy ~~~~~ Glad you found us!! clap
Morning glory's produce seeds and fall where they may if not collected by hand,,( store in a dry place preferable in an envelope as opposed to Plastic, ,, They don't come back by root , but by seed instead,,,

If you see dry brown pods I would take some of them and save for spring I'm NOt sure in your area if they will come back without planting more seeds,, And really not sure about taking Insde You can try it, In a bright window,, why

Next spring Soak your seeds for 4-8 hours in warm water in a ziplock bag before planting,, I always Nick mine first tho,,, IT germinates them faster,, thumbup
