Keeping within the theme of christmas......I have created this centerpiece for my table.
I made the wreath Oval and decorated it till my heart was content.. I sew the birds out of felt and glued the flowers eyes and gold tapes on .

I didnt make the trees..Ha ha .. My family cards and some friends on the walls.
THe cards from seed folks are in the next room.....

Verrrrrrry Nice Dodge!!!!!!!! I really wish I had the patients to do things like that,, I have a 500 pc puzzle I really want to put together but I just look at the box and SIGHHHHhhhh Ohhhhhhh Well,, I enjoy seeing all my friends crafts on here better!!

I like using my own ideas .....I hate how my success comes at the last moment.. I try all month to think and nothing....

No barb, I don't sew---but I do cross stitch and needlepoint, and I crochet, and paint things....ceramics, wooden...anything really. I make things too, like a few years ago for Christmas I made all of my friends topiaries and they loved them.

Crafting of any kind is therepeutic to me!

What kind of cookies did you make?

Coconut crispies.......They both have lots of cereal in them.
I put a candy kiss in each one, but like the ones with out the kisses best.

I did go to college to be an Administrative Assistant....I don't work though......my last job I had was in a Mortgage office as the Admin. Assistant and it was so stressful. To be honest I don't really like secretarial work....I just picked that for college because I felt pressured to pick something! At 17 it's hard to know what you want to do for the rest of your life.

I understand that for sure Loz...
My son and his wife both had scholarships and went to college......He didnt want to ......We said use it to your advantage.No matter what you stand a better chance in any job, if your college educated......It cost us very little to send him.

But today he has tried different jobs and right now is a blueprint reader and computer operator for a steel company????????
Still don't know if he likes it>.
He and his wife both qualify for teachers, but dont want to ..
She works at home on the computer since Haley was born.. The boss set her up to work at home and get paid........( I like that part) Her mom lives close so Haley goes there for a few hours......

Stress can really down you if your unhappy in a job......
