Hadeda takes some GREAT photos! Especially showing us the REAL everyday Africa! And, Hadeda, I found out that one of my favorite rock groups, Seether, is from South Africa. I thought they were from the U.S.!

Here in England the weather is turning cooler, the first of the leaves are falling too. By 7pm it is dark and the sun is rising at around 6.50am.
I too wish we were moving into spring.

I love Fall and Winter best. Of course it is MUCH colder in the U.K. than in the Southeastern U.S. where I am. Nevertheless, we DO get a LOT of ice and snow here in Winter, usually in late january through late february.

My daughter is in Falkirk, Scotland right now, staying with her fiance and his family. She says it is already quite cold there. Wednesday night it is supposed to get down to 44 degrees F. here. I have to get up Thursday morning to go to a wild bird photo shoot all day Thursday. It is going to be GREAT. I love cold weather.

I think I could handle your "harsh" winters. lol I guess it's a nice relief in the heat and humidity for you when winter gets there? Guess it won't be too long before you are back in the pool! We just took ours down for the year. boohoo

Ummmm, what is that snake eating? nervous

It might be colder in England now but winters are much harsher here in MD than they ever were in the UK......We never got much snow, and here we can get 3+ feet at a time.

Yeah, yeah rub it in!!! In Winter here I set up the lawn chair in the front yard, get me an ice cold lemonade, put on my bathing suit and go sit in the lounge and listen to the icy winds howl around my blue body, as I watch the snow drifts pile up around my feet, as the icicles form on my nose.
