I'm perplexed about this "End of the World" thing that is happening Saturday.  If the "End of the World" is coming Saturday...will it be at the same time on the east and west coasts? If so, then do those on the west side get 3 more hours than the poor souls in the east?

I guess for those of us that don't believe in this stuff, have until Dec 12 2012 to announce we still don't believe that date will be the end of the world either My Boss said He will be on the lake Fishing doing what he enjoys most since saturday morning will be the end of the world

I figure I'll post what I did on Facebook... I know the world isn't going to end tomorrow night, but for safety sake with all of these "godly" people who seem to think it is, I'm going to stay in this weekend... Why you ask? Well, I don't need some religious nut deciding that I need to be "raptured" with them... And I certainly don't need one being angry on Sunday after they ended up at the bar all night trying to "save me" on their own terms...
So, the plan is; if I decide to do anything tomorrow I want to be in the house with the doors/windows locked up tight by 5pm at the latest (though ideally, 3pm as it'll be 6pm EST and "6pm" is the magical time we're supposed to be "raptured").
I figure, if Sunday is "God's day" then why would the "rapture" occur this Saturday; and at 6pm lol...
Now, not saying "there is no god" but simply quoting the bible directly as saying that "Mark 13:32 - 'No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.' (NIV)".
Thus, I declaire the whole "Saturday @6pm Rapture" utter BS... It's like this guy is using a meetup account to be cool and throw a crappy party... I wonder if he'll drink the punch so he can stop throwing these dates out of his butt (he predicted the end of the world once before as well, and we all know how that turned out).

Ya know, I believe in God, & I believe that one day this all will happen--BUT I agree with James--- for someone to predict the time & hour??? not a good idea--I do however feel sorry for the guy---as he apparently belives all he is saying---

I agree with Carol.
Having said that, a large bit of our world as we know it here ended for us yesterday. I can't talk about it right now, but it's so not good.

Having said that, a large bit of our world as we know it here ended for us yesterday. I can't talk about it right now, but it's so not good.
Whatever it is......I am praying and God knows what my prayers are for even if I don't.

Well the end of the world didn't happen here in Tx as predicted You have 2 more hours left!  Supposed to 'end' at 6:30 Pacific time. Are only the "good" people going to 'disappear' at 9:30(my time zone) and the rest stay here? So if I'm still here after 9:30 does that mean I'm really screwed?

Looks like we all made it through again. Maybe it did end for this preacher in California and everyone else is really really bad. Like Diane said just reboot run a virus and scammer and spammer scan and keep going treasure your loved ones and hold them close.
