This was a plant I got on sale at a supermarket, it just had a general tropical plant tag in it, so I'm not sure exactly what kind of fern it is. My boyfriend bought me this one. Again, it had a general tag in it but no name. And Im trying to save this cactus. It was my boyfriend's mom's, but she left in a garage for a year with no light or water. I'm not sure what kind of cactus it is. If you can identify any of these plants Id be so greatful! Thank you!

Welcome, Gypsy. I think your fern is a Pellea rotundifolia. I think the second one is a Dieffenbachia, Dumb cane. And I am not sure about the type of cactus. It really needs more growth to be able to tell.

I looked up the dumb cane plant and it says that they are white green and/or cream colored in the middle. This plant has smaller twisty leaves, is a darker green with orange and red spots/slashes on it. But thanks for helping me figure out the other one was a button fern!!

OK, I am not sure what that plant is, then. I am sorry.

Cool, I suck at houseplants. But I try. I actually looked up crotons but most I found had regular markings on their leaves. Not so irregular and blotchy as the picture here.

Yah its not a croton. They had those there too though lol. The leaves are small and twisty and like Tina said, they're blotches of color. Rofl, I have some unidentifiable plant sitting in my room. xD
