Hi!

I purchased a spider plant about a week ago. A lot of the leafs are bent in the middle so it doesn't look very pretty or happy right now. I also just put it into a new pot this after noon.

Is it okay to cut it back some? Is that something I should do or should I just give it a few weeks so not to shock it?! I'm very nervous and I want it to do great.

Welcome, Amanda. Spider plants are pretty hardy and will accept all kinds of abuse and neglect. But I would not add to the shock of the move to your home and the repotting and cut off any leaves that aren't browned. Give it some time to recover first. It is OK to cut off actual browned growth, though.
