I noticed my ivy had some spider web like substance on it about 2 weeks ago, so I rinsed it off and sprayed it with watered down dish soap, they were gone. Now my ivy is almost dead, well Im hoping there is still some life left in it as its from my grandmothers funeral, there is some white fuzzy stuff at its base, it almost looks like mold. I rinsed it off yet again and re-potted it in a bigger pot and tried to get as much of the old dirt off as possible. Now what? Is there anything more I can do to save it? Please help!!!

Welcome, browneye.White fuzz is not good. It most often means an infestation or fungus. And a heavy application of dish soap can cause leaves to die off. Especially leaves with a natural shiny coating. When used on those it often needs rinsed off after a day or so. So I would try Neem oil on it next used according to directions.
It really sounds like you have done about all you can. I do hope it recovers and blesses you with many fond memories.
