I need dracaena help too

I water it maybe once every 1-2 weeks with a bottle of water. Now I've cut back to half a bottle in hopes of helping it. I don't know if I'm over watering or underwatering.

Here is some basic info on the care of your plant.
I would additionally cut off any leaves that are more than half browned.
