Evening all,
I am about to start baking muffins and choc chip cookies for the boys lunches the next two weeks... will warm up the house too.. it's cold.. snowed on and off all day too- we have about 10 inchs the last 3 days.. sigh need to shovel again...
We are eating fish for dinner.. bakers and brocoli.. I have lost a few lbs since I went to doc so want to keep it up...
Well off to start cooking and get muffins in the oven.. may even make some french toast too for breakfast while boys are off school in a couple weeks... they go thru it very quickly..
Hope all is well with everyone...

It is all true no matter which way I read it, Carol.
I am also making French toast for my kid's meals next week. And probably another cheesecake. Life is good. But I'm not having to deal with snow.

Carol, I must be drinking...I went back and read that 3 times (yes, in a row) and I'm more cornfused now, thank you very much... I have a question.... I can't use the self-cleaning thing on my oven because the high temperature will cause a toxic thing that happens and it will kill Lola....very quickly. Also, have to be super careful of what I spray in my oven (no oven cleaner) to clean it. Well, so as you might have guessed my oven does not get cleaned very often.....DUH! (Neither does anything else, for that matter....) But, anyway...I have worked all day cleaning the oven, and was wondering if it was OK to lay down some aluminum foil on the bottom, under the burner thingys...so all I have to do from now on is change the foil and not worry about fumes killing Lola. Would that make the oven go wacky in some way....like reflect the heat the wrong way or something? I know....that was a long question...sorry...

well first I would explain to you how I took what you said when I read it the first time, but then I would look really stupid--so I will not..
and yes you can lay down aluminum foil---double it and fold teh sides together so it does not fly around when you open the oven door--also try to make sure it does not cover up the holes to the flame below--and if it is over the holes or near it--cut out the areas so the holes are not covered--
BUT
--at the stores, there are heavy aluminum trays that are made just for that--I used to use aluminum foil but now I use teh trays---you pitch them jsut as you would the foil---
