Our semi dwarf peach tree produced lots of peaches. I have already canned some and froze some. However, the peaches are all small. I have read that dwarf trees produce normal size peaches, but is there something I can do to make them grow larger?

My first thought is plenty of water and then thinning the fruit crop a little.
This link will take you an extension program that discusses fruit production. Although it is from Texas, most will apply to your tree as well.
Good luck!
