Hi! I found this riddle at Loon Mountain above the gondola. I wrote it on my hand and took it home with me to figure out. I finally figured it out. Can you?

If the B mt put :
If the B. putting :
Don't put : a - der
You'd be a jack* it

I don't know any more riddles like this, but i thought it would be fun smile
Good luck!

lol ^.^ I guess i'll give you all a hint. It has to do with pernounciation. In the old days, things were pernounced a little differently. This word game was written way back when people had coal grates in their houses to keep warm.

Here's a few examples of word games a lot like this one:
I M N NML
I am an animal

C if U can H&LE these 111 ?
See if you can handle these ones?

Alright, here's the answer ^.^
Back in the old days, a capitol B was called a Great B. A period was called a full stop.

So here it goes:
If the B mt put :
if the great b m t, put colon
if the grate be empty, put coal on.

If the B. putting :
If the great be full stop putting colon
If the grate be full, stop putting coal on

Don't put : a - der
don't put colon a hyphen der
Don't put coal on a high fender

You'd be a jack* it
You'd be a jackasstrick it

I don't know the last part but ya lol.

got all but full stop.

Last is 'you'd be a jackass to risk it'

* = asterisk
