thumbup so glad you got her in in time. some vets won't do it if they think the cat is pregnant.

i figure i will just keep posting in this one instead of doing another thread.

SNUGGLES IS SICK boohoo remember when i said he had FIP, well he also came up positive for toxoplasmosis that i never got around to treating because i was broke at that time, then later, i just didnt. BAD, BAD, BAD, WENDY! he has been throwing up for 2 days so i rushed him to the vet. he said that most cats with toxo, eventually kick it out of their system, but because of the FIP, his didnt. he gave him a shot for nausea, and enough antibiotics for both him and toes who is in the house. he should be fine, but i am so worried and guilty. if i would have treated it back then, he would not be miserable now! tears

kissie wendy, you do so much, don't kick yourself while you are down. remember, the kitties are ALIVE and relatively healthy because of you. he'll be fine, and he's got a much better life than he would if he didn't have you!

that it true, thank you! kissie

i am still mad at myself for not getting the meds. sooner! NOW I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM....the antibiotics are such a strong dosage, he has the runs ALL OVER THE HOUSE, so now he is banished to the bathroom until we finish the med.

it is always something! madd oh well!

Wendy - please be kinder to yourself - you got him to the vet, and he is on medicine, and hopefully this latest setback will be over as soon as the medicine takes hold.

[Linked Image]Thanks for giving him all the love that you do - and I'm glad you were able to rush him to the vet when you could - it's more than a lot of people would/could do. Listen to the vet... "he should do fine"!
