I can't wait to see his face when he gets it. He said how much he wished he could have it but he thought it would be impossible to get since it is brand new. I've only seen one place around here to get Webkinz, which is odd. There is shopping everywhere here. It just happened that the one place is within walking distance of the apartment. It is a very upscale jewelry store. We went this morning to get it and they weren't open yet. I could see the cats in the window. There was probably 20-25 of them. The store opened at 12 and we got back there at 3. There was only about 8 of the cat left when we got there.

Yes, they are a limited holiday item. They will go fast. I'm glad you got one for him.

It was too funny at the jewelry store when we got it. It is a very upscale store. They actually keep the door locked and have to buzz you inside. One of the ladies was on the phone when we walked in saying "I've got Webkinz jewelry!" There she was standing in very expensive jewels and she was so excited by the charms she was ripping the boxes open like a kid at Christmas!

That is funny! Some of the people in some of the stores look at me funny. Some are really into it along with me.

tracy got 2 more charms yesterday and then saw the dalmation and it was all over, we were'nt leaving without it! so, she's got the plush toy and she gave the code to her case worker so they can visit each other in webkinz world when we move her home to oklahoma.

A couple more clues I found on the hints/tips website I go to:

Clue ??? (Pineapple): Don’t you think pineapples make most days brighter?

Clue ??? (Sunflower seeds): A delicious treat for someone to eat!

Again, I don't know how they have come up with the clues or their reliability.

The last couple of wheel of yums had the same ad 4 times, for sunny ice cakes, which are made with sunflower seeds. Some think that the 'snack for you' is sunflower seeds.
The pineapple lamp is in the W-shop for the first time since the country theme was retired. And the pineapple was a freebie today with the statement "Don’t you think pineapples make most days brighter?" Some people think that is the piece of equipment needed.

My thoughts so far.
Exact location: Barking mad mine: Because it is the one pictured with Fluffington in the news paper and in the current continuous story segment: Clue #1 "Go forth and figure it out."
How many steps to the left and to the right; Clue #2 "Three rights don't make a wrong". Clue # 3 I've said it six times, don't get left behind" Maybe three stalagmites right, six left? I just don't know.
Equipment: Pineapple lamp (see above post)And in the W-shop it says "good for shedding light on a difficult problem" This is the one I am pretty sure about.
Three pieces of clothing. The worker boots and blue jeans are on the wheel of wow. I got the boots and the comment came with them about them being useful for .....? (Something)The blue jeans when you land on them say great for wearing on an adventure. I don't have firm thoughts on the third item of clothing.
Snack for you: I like the sunny ice cakes because of the multiple ads, Clue #4 "Ad it up and you'll find a clue"
Treat to stop opponent. Nefaria, the bad fairy has a spot in the newspaper saying she is going to find the KC first. Maybe charm candy for a treat to distract her? Clue # 5 (maybe)"let me level with you, this shouldn't be two hard" there are levels on some of the games and on the jobs but the newest 'levels' are in the charm forest. (I need to think this out some more) BTW, The mis-spellings are there, they are not mine.
The last one, Friend to take along I haven't a real clue about yet.
The next 2 possible clues might be "Four the last time, cave in and play" and "Hope you get all three right"
This is all tricky, headachey stuff. I need to sleep on it.

People are working out the charm forest thing.
There are eight rows of virtual charms:

* First Row: moon, sun, star, comet, planet
* Second Row: shell, seahorse, octopus, crab, jellyfish
* Third Row: strawberry, lemon, grapes, watermelon, cherries
* Fourth Row: treble clef, horn, double note, single note, drum
* Fifth Row: crossed paddles, sailboat, lighthouse, anchor, buoy
* Sixth Row: cupcake, sundae, frozen treat, gingerbread, ice cream
* Seventh Row: wizard hat, genie lamp, crystal ball, top hat, wand
* Eighth Row: weather vane, tornado, lightening cloud, snowflake, umbrella
Each row of charms can be found in three of the four paths. The trick is to know which path to NOT look on.

I haven't had problems. It is a very sensitive site. You might need to delete cookies and temp files. That has helped me in the past.

We got it fixed. Jeremy had installed another program that blocked the ActiveX to view the page. He fixed it for me so I could play!

Brennan has his sights set on a pig and a bunny now. We're going to end up with way too many of these things. He still sleeps with everyone of them though. So, I guess as long as he actually plays with the stuffed and web versions it's all good.

Do you know if after 10 pets you get an exclusive gift with each one? The black cat came with the couldron tub and we got some ride on racer that is exclusive that Brennan has wanted forever. I can't wait to see what we'll get tomorrow after we get the pig and bunny home.

No after the tenth it is 15, 20, 25.......

The black cat was #11. That's why I thought maybe it was with each one after 10. I guess we'll have to see what we get tomorrow with the 2 new ones. He was so excited with the racer car. He loves the ride ons. He parks all of them outside in a perfect parking order. You'll have to take a look at what we've got going on now. I've made a cute little room for Whiskers the new cat. She didn't come with a room like all the rest have. He still has a couple of misc rooms that I haven't done anything with so I used one of them to make her a bedroom.

Yes after the 10th, no new rooms. You get an extra 1000 instead. And an extra exclusive. I have 11 pets in my main house and two frogs in a separate account now.

Oh yeah, on my tips/hint website there were a few posts that people had went gem hunting in the barking mad mine and went 3 right steps and then 6 left steps, (I'm assuming a "step" in the mine is a click on the arrow). When they got the gem that was in that location, Arte told them great job hunting and as a reward gave them 240KC. I'm going to try that tomorrow and see if it still works. I've gotta get some cash. This egyptian them is way too expensive.

I would like to check out your Egyptian theme and see if I can contribute.

I think we only have the flooring, a chair, and the desk you had sent him before. I opted out on the vase. Just way too much for something so small. For that amount of KC, I want something that is going to make an impact on the room.

It is an expensive theme. More than the medieval. I just collected a little at a time. I also traded some away for things I wanted more. Then collected it back again eventually. I need to get some more things now because I started a second room in hopes of getting a bed of the Pharoh soon. That it the most expensive thing in the curio shop at 12,500. When it shows up, that is.

Yeah, it is expensive. I figure it's about time for them to come out with a new theme in the w shop also. So, I don't want to go overboard with little odds and ends. I don't mind spending so much on something like that bed. I bet it's awesome. I haven't seen it.

I have only had webkinz since April. But I saw the bed twice before I could even think about buying it. And not again since.

I've been working on the last 3 gems I need for Brennan's for several weeks now.

Cindy needed the same two for weeks and weeks. Got them two days in a row.

You lucked out. We've been doing pretty good on the charms. I think we just need 1 more on the 2nd row to finish it. I've only got 2 on the first row. We got the 3rd row opened yesterday. Brennan got 2 more Webkinz and the wishing well charm. He got the pig and a bunny. They are so cute. Everytime he gets a new one I think it's the cutest! They do make all of them pretty darn adorable. I'm going to have to go in his room some night and take a picture of him sleeping in a pile of 13 Webkinz! Now that's cute!

I bought three more charms yesterday for my second account. And the black cat. I couldn't resist it. That is 14 pets in that account and two in the other. i can't even pretend they are for Ted. Well, he does love the plushies.

That black cat is darling, isn't it? I like how it's fur is shiny.
