1-1/2 pound beef stew cubes
1/2 choped onion
3 tablespoons butter
1-can condensed beef broth
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms,drained
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3-3/4 cups wide egg noodles uncooked
saute beef cubes and onion in butter until meat is brown.
add broth cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender,stirring occasionally.add mushrooms with liquid.
combine sourcream and flour:blend into meat mixture.
cook 5 minutes or until sauce is thicken.meanwhile cook noodles according to package directions :drain .serve stroganoff over noodles.(hope u enjoy )
