I think dulce is sweet, Sheri. Aguadulce is sweet water.

Aguadulce (with a g) is a name of a place, I heard it before... and Aquadulce(with a q)is the name of a variety of bean(broad bean in fact)
Welcome Tony, hope to see you around. As you can see we get off topic regularily.
Any chance of you explaining your name for us?

Quote:--any chance of you explaining your name for us? yeah its a name of a broad bean as you correctly stated,I explained on a topic I started-- //www.agardenersforum.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/152724#Post152724 ilove broad beans and this variety is in my opinion the best for flavour and easy to grow so I sow some at this time of year,as they are pretty hardy and stand through winter then sow again in March for follow on crop Tony (Mr Bean) ha ha ha
