cool... another package. i know mine won't get to ()^*%( until tues at the earliest, 'cause i mailed priority yesterday the deadline but i had to get that last thing in.
I did get my package from Tina on Saturday. I went online from home on Saturday to post about it. I started to upload the pics to PB and I knew it would take a while so I went to take a shower and when I came back it still said....uploading 1 of 4 and was at 0% so I gave up and figured I would do it this morning. Give me a little bit here to get the pics uploaded!
I loved everything Tina and so did Tristen!!! You did a wonderful job! I am very sorry I didn't get on here earlier to tell about it!
The snowman is is a cookie jar holder and in this pic you can see the cookie jar. Tina put bags of chocolate gold coins in there! We love chocolate at our house and cookies too so that is perfect!
I love everything Tina and Tristen is very happy with the color book and the chocolates. He is always very happy when he gets something! Thank you again!
Cool stuff Jessica! Tina you did good! That green glass jar that hangs....I have the EXACT same one! I really do, I hang it in the window on a nail in the spring/summer and put fresh flowers in it!
I have a couple more of those hanging bottles. I never figured out what they were good for but they were too pretty to pass up. I'm glad you got it all and it looks like it all arrived in good shape. That cooky jar holder was made for me by another garden friend for a cookie exchange. I loved it but I don't like dustables. I'm happy it has a worthy home. I'm glad this was acceptable.

I esp. love the bag!! And I agree with tamara--I would not use the oven mitts, as they are so pretty--they would become part of my "Christmas decorations". If anyone tried to use them they would get "the look" from me!!

Every year, oven mitts are on my wish list for any gifting things. They don't last long and don't hold up to many washings. Mine are up on hooks right next to the stove top. I try to think of them as nearly disposable, like a kitchen sponge.

yep you are right, Tina--I finally got one of these "Oven gloves" tht has seemed to last much better. had it since dec. 2004 it is stained but good as new otherwise.

i got so much cool stuff votive size yankie candles (i love candles) the scent stick thingy in lavender (perfect choice for a scent for me) a copper snow flake, a willy on a mushroom, a willy sign, a one of a kind ornament, a piggy bank, and yarn to make my next scarf i love the one i made, so this yard will be my next one

I received a box today! From Faerywatcher/ Wendy. I hope she took pics because I can't. I ripped into it and first thing was a rope toy for my dog. She made me a beatiful switch plate cover. There is a pretty tin of peanut butter cups (excuse me while I munch). A fleece scarf, beehive note pad, calender and fridge calender/diary set. Garden gloves and chip clips and a set of kitchen towels/hot pads and oven mitt in my favorite colors. Thank you so much, Wendy. You did good by me. My dog is really enjoying the toy too.

tina, i was wondering if you would get it today! it never occured to me to take pics----sorry but i am glad you liked everything......i was real worried.....i know you don't like alot of stuff that sits around, so i was really stumped! i figured i would send things that could be used, not looked at (except for the light switch----that does not count ) you are most welcome!
NO !! as it happens I was not at home- -I was at Ceramics til noon. Then I took my MIL to the ear Dr. and then to do some Christmas shopping.
Got home in time to fix rod & my #2 SIL supper. Then SIL stayed & visited. AT 7:30 pm I began taking pictures & loading them to photobucket so I could post them---FINALLY I am here able to do so--sorry it is so late !!!!

I got so many presents!! Each one was individually wrapped with little notes on each--One even said to "open me last"-- my gifts: 1) "Merry Christmas Flag" it is a big one--and since my flag pole outside is for a small flag DH said he would fix it so I could use it inside !!! YEAAAAAAA--'cause I love it !!! 2) "frog" windchimes---now who would have thought ???? 3) A Rainbow angel--you turn her on & she changes light colors that show thru her skirt 4) 2 Holiday flower Pot Huggers (Santa & Frosty) 5) A Blue & green "starburst" suncatcher-- 6) Navy colored gloves (yes!) how did you know I needed gloves???? 7)A Box wrapped in pretty blue paper with a lime green ribbon on it with Many types of Flower seeds in it. I had been taking about seeds with Diane for some time-- 8) a Peanut Butter rawhidesucker for Dante-- 9) A "silly fun bag" Its note said, I was to open it last--
in it was : a "grow" frog--ya know you put them in water?? a pkg. of mini markers, a deck of mini cards, a mini paint set AND TA!!DA!! a toy frog that you wind up and it bends down & then flips over and lands upright--so funny!!!! it is living on my Computer desk between the "legs" of my monitor !!!

Wendy, I tell you--I felt like I was--this computer is/was giving me fits tonight--it took 2 1/2 hrs to load the pictures to Photobucket & then It was like pulling teeth to get them to copy correctly to TGH--I have never had such trouble before.
The good news??? next week I get high speed internet !!!!!

I figured everyone no matter how old or how young should get a grab bag of sillies,, I want to see how big that frog gets after you get it in water,, it is already big to start with .. your title is where I got the frog theme from,, That was the motivation for the PM about the reason for your title and why I questioned " why Frogger" I couldn't believe the purple datura seeds got there before your Box did, with a note in it saying "I forgot to put these in your Box" I thought "OH NOOOOOOOOO " When you PM'd me and asked about the meaning of the note with the seeds,, Sorry I had to fib and tell you " I don't understand what you mean ? Not to worry about the size of the flag--as it works out--it works out!!! you See..... with my recent surgeys i was not able to get into my christmas decorations like I would have liked--SOOOOOOOO Rod (the DH) said we could fix the flag up somehow to display in the house--So today I am buying a dowl & I will hang it from a door in the Living room --it will be part of my Christmas decorations!!

As the frog will take 3-7 days to grow, I will begin to "grow" it over the weekend and post a picture ASAP, OK?? and yes it should bet quite large as it is rather large already!!!

My box to @#$%$! should have been delivered today,, It's been in that town for 2 days now!!
the PO closes at like 10:45 on saturday and the postal carriesr are out on delivery about 9 or earlier, depending on the amount of mail--so it likely got into town in the afternoon--(I often see a huge mail truck in the PO parking lot on saturday afternoon)--BUT that does not explain monday, does it???
BYW we are a town of about 1,000 people--So-it is not like a package would get lost---

Carol, I love my big flags I put outside, would you be able to mount a wooden flagpole outside sometime???? I used to not like them with the decorative flags, but then I started buying them and now I have TONS of them!

She sent 2 perfect garden decorated dish cloths, 2 packages of narcissi bulbs (can't get enough of those - I love them), a picture frame, a precious gnome rain gauge - it is so cute, a lion WEBKINZ!!!!!, webkinz trading cards (you guys will have to tell me what to do with those), and a webkinz bookmark and a basil herb pot. I can't believe you knew what to get me - perfect!!!
I'll post individualized pictures when my batteries are charged.

I know. I love that rain gauge. I've had cheapo plastic ones before but never one so fancy.
My grand daughter, Darbi who is 8, can pick out good presents for me and my daughter, Ginger, does pretty good sometimes but no one else can. The gifts I've gotten from people on this forum are perfect. And I'm not just saying that. Do you think it's because we all garden in one fashion or another?

I am home got home last night and my package was in my living room. Thank you JIffy. I do not know when it arrived. My daughter said she thinks it was Friday. She said I got so many packages she does not know when it arrive. As soon as I get my tired butt out of the bed I will post some pics.

I got a Chocolate Fondue. This is going to be a hit over the holidays. A really cute Tee I will not be using this for gardening it is too cute. A santa figurine it will go on the fireplace mantel, and three tree ornaments. Lots of sample Hair products. My hair needs them all after all that sun from Puerto Rico it is like a brillo pad. How did you know?

Cinta, Jiffy, I forget all the time--that is why for years now, I have kept a "book" of Christmas. I have the people that I buy for listed & what I have bought them & what it has cost--if I did not do that I would be totally lost each & every year---some people would get lots and others would get nothing--

yea Sheri, glad you are getting rain.--we are too--finally. The ground is saturated as my sump pump will attest--BUT the weather man says we are still behind--but at least my DH says I do not have to worry about my trees now--but more would be better.

Celebrated at my B/F's house and friends that we have been celebrating with for 25 years. They all wanted to know where I got the shirt. They noticed the placement of the miseltoe. Dirty minds that they have. LOL~!!!!
