When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. Mary Ann LaPensee
Thanks.......... I may frame it ..Oh the photos in my house this christmas.. I the neices and nephews send new ones yearly and this time there were extras......
Plus haley's album and more.
My camera is a canon S5......zoom lense 12x I never owned a canon..........

Kingdoms RAGE and go to war...but the PEasants plant potatoes..
EARTH FIRST! (we'll strip-mine the OTHER planets later.)
Canon and Nikon are the two BEST cameras made. They are both pretty much equal but most photographers feel that Canons have a slight advantage. My daughter has the Canon Powershot S3 IS. It is not quite as good as Dodge's.

Thorny, I have been trying to compare the Nikon 80 and Cannon's SLR. I have so much sony equipment and cards I wanted to stay with Sony but I might get the Nikon.
Thanks a bunch......Long time no see...... Merry Christmas and Happy New year to you.
Now are you ready for the s5?????????
But the computer is still driving me batty..Internet explorer keeps stalling.
Only conclusion I am coming to , is the version 7 isnt compatible with the rest of the computer????/ I tried using virus protect called zonealarm......It seemed not to help..
I see you got the Canon PowerShot S5 IS ... so did I
and a shot of a Canadian geese with it's young I took with that camera
Sorry to hear you still have the computer problems :( Maybe what you should try is revert back to Internet Explorer 6 and see how the computer handles it from there(You can always revert back to IE 7 if it fails)
ISO is how sensitive it is to light... so preferably you would use a low ISO(80 to 200) setting in a bright area(E.g. Sunny) and a high ISO(400 to 1600) with a area with little light (E.g.Caves and at night)...
Shutter speed... How fast(or slow) the photo was taken, you should figure out the rest
Aperture... Controls the light reaching in the camera, by manipulating this you can control how the background is ... A low aperture has a blurred background and a high one has a clear background
and heres the stats of the photo: Shutter Speed = 1/125 second Aperture= F8.00 ISO = 100
when barb mentioned that it was hard to steady her camera had she added another lens? With mine extended all the way out it's not unsteady but I just have what's attached to the camera.
