I started this plant from a cutting back in ''84 or '85 when I was taking horticulture classes at a local community college. The teacher of our houseplants class called it a Japanese Jade, but I've never been able to find a plant called that. Does anybody know what it is? It has a milky sap.

Helping the world one seed at a time

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. Mary Ann LaPensee
