prayers for you glenda, and you and your's diane, and now i'm asking for more prayers.

those of you who remember weezie will remember that her husband had surgery last year. he didn't heal as well/fast as they hoped and was out of work a lot longer than expected. then his father died. now, her mother is in the hospital with colon troubles, they removed over 2 feet, and isn't doing well. please pray for weezie and her family.

and as always a request for prayers for matthew a suitable job.

urgent prayer request. one of the local industrial sites, the sugar refinery (imperial sugar, they make dixie crystals) has had a major explosion and more than 100 are injured, no word on fatalities yet, to quote the local news site "no confirmed fatalities". fire, rescue, and police units from several towns and an adjacent county have responded. matthew's best friend works there, among many others as they are one of the major employers in the area.

Prayers go out to all involved in this horrible accident. May God be with them all. And Prayers for all on this forum.

Can you guys please say some prayers for my cousin. She is 31 with a 2 1/2 year old daughter and a 6 month old little boy and we have just found she has cancer. It has spread to her lymph nodes. We have already lost 2 cousins in their 30's to cancer.

Good thoughts and prayers to those in need.

my Mom fell yesterday twice- between the parkinsons and the memory problems she has she can't or won't remember to use the walker..she has exrays and a cat scat yesterday and no major damage but is sore and bruised now... please pray for her .

A girl I work with committed suicide on Tuesday. She left behind 2 young boys. Please pray for her children during this very difficult time for them that they are barely even able to understand.

Praying for all of the above.

Prayers for all - spoken and unspoken too... and another request for my Mom...
She is back in the hospital . sis had to call and ambulance to take her and the paramedics had to carry her out-- she can't walk at all- over even put weight on the hip she fell on- it's really bruised and they keep saying they can't see a break or anything... just a lot of bruising- she is in major pain too ... she can' go back home unless she can get back to being able to walk so they say they can do an MRI but then they said because she has had knee replacements she can't have one- then another Doc said she could- we will see today if they can or can't... this hospital is not very well run in my opinion but it is the one my sis likes cause it is close to her... we were there till after midnight last night - sis is there today with my niece , my oldest is going down too - she is pushy like me so will get things done... it's so very hard to see her in in bed and because she has memory loss she can't remember the fact she can't walk and wants to get up and pace because of the Parkinson's makes he want to move- every few minutes we had to make her lay back down and explain she couldn't get up...
Well have to go got boys and have to get some lunch in them before school time for Derek.

prayers nana it is difficult when you have a parent in the hospital.

Please pray for a little boy named Logan. At the very end of January he was rushed to Oklahoma Children's hospital with a blood clot in his brain. He was taken to surgery right away and after surgery the surgeon told his mom that the blood clot was from blunt head trauma...this was not an accident. The boy's mother was at work at the time and he was staying with the mother's boyfriend. Apparently the mother is in denial that the boyfriend did this. Anyways, little Logan (who is only 2) is still in the hospital and in a medically induced coma. He has had a very long journey soo far with many bad days, but the last couple days have been good and they have been taking him off of the medicines that he was one and such. His family has set up a CaringBridge journal that can be viewed at the following link: www.caringbridge.org/visit/loganstewart
There is a journal that has been kept up to date very well....numerous updates each day. I read the entire journal lastnight and my heart just goes out to this little boy. Feel free to view the little journal and write a note in the guestbook.

All of my prayers will most definitely go to this darling boy.

Prayers for all- and another request for special ones tonight- at about 9 my Mom is going to have surgery to repair a partial break in her hip - they did a bone scan today that found it and it has to be repaired now or it will break even worse and she will end up bed ridden,I am headed out again in a few minutes to go be with her- she gets disoriented and confused when one of us isn' t there with her... so Teresa and I are going back to sit until my Sis can get there later on...

Hi all Mom update- she came thru the surgery well and was lucid 2 hours after- was in pain but understood why and what happened- Teresa spent night with her and I am going tonight to see her.. sis will take over for Teresa around one- I have the boys till 6 so will go after Jon picks them up... Thanks for all the prayers now pray for strength for her to be able to get thru the pain and rehab so we can get her home again.
So grateful for my GH family!

Please keep my cousin in your prayers, she is to have surgery Wed 20th. They think they can remove most of the cancer and the infected lymph nodes. Then she will have radiation treatments. They are thinking she has a good chance of winning this battle.
