I like to use the lasagna HH because DH likes lasagna & I don't want to spend the time to make it--and it makes so much--when there is just the 2 of us---

and now it is a case of the easier & quicker the better as I do not start cooking until DH is home in case I need help. But I must say I really liked the taco bake---

Diane--have you ever added sour cream too?? I may do that next time as well.

Now that was good cooking...COuntry style.
I love the mushrooms fried in butter instead of gravy ...........That is good.

I also burnt the popcorn we had for snack before supper..
