1. Open task manager, stop these processes and nothing else. Just highlight it and click the end process button.

2. Unregister DLL in Windows XP or Vista
Sometimes we need to unregister a dll file to troubleshoot a problem in Windows XP or Vista. Here’s how to do it:
From Start –> Run, type “cmd” then click on Open.
Type “regsvr32 /u filename.dll” where “filename” is the name of the file that you like to unregister. DON’T use the quotation marks. Replace “filename” with spyshredder

3. Use search to find and delete these.

I use spyware search and destroy my brother swears by it it searchs your comp for spyware and adware and removes, My bro is into computers he creates websites and does webhosting and desgin work and all that.... i downloaded it the other day i had 47 SPYWARE AND ADWARE on my computer and my antivirus is supposed to block all that.... I tried that the other day Diane and it didn't work....it is hiding as something else. I just uploaded Avira Antivirus trial(30 days) it's scanning now.

....didn't work either. It just popped up, I ran the anti-virus and it just passed over it. So I removed that anti-virus.

dang Tamara.. I can't believe none of those are working,, Do you have Norton, or McAfee? I wonder if there is a free trial of those ??

Tamara call your internet provider. the last time I had trouble the gave me free software to use--IF they had of come out it would have cost me--but the tech said if I came & picked up the software, it was free--and it did the trick--but I ran like spy dr (I think it was), norton & adaware all 3 to get everything. so perhaps you need to run several in conjunction ?? well actually in rapid succession ??

I called but because we are on dial up they have nothing to give me.

I ran Norton, Avast, AVG and Alvira including anti-spyware and C-cleaner. It finds it and removes it and as soon as I turn the computer back on...there it is again. I can't even 'google' it sends me to other searches...

that is funny about you calling & getting that answer---I was on dial-up when they helped me.
get the free adaware that haedea posted & try it-- that always worked best for me
