they are. but they are beautiful flowers. much favored as a mole repellent also. they get big too.

yes they are, very poisonous (well technically the name of the toxin is ricin and it stops your cells from making protein, no protein=no life) but they are so beautiful. I figured since I'll be off in two year, I'll keep the garden smaller and with just tropical-y things. i heard they could get up to 6' or taller in one season up here

hi...new here i too have been looking for castor beans for awhile if anyone can PLEASE help i am starting out new again moving from an apartment to a home on 5 acres next month been living in an apartment for the past 5 years and can't wait to get back to the rural area that i am from...if anyone has any they can spare i will be at this address for about another month thanx so much.
