I went for coffee with my camera in hand and figured I'd snap a few shots.

This is quite an amazing time of year really, all of the bushes and trees are budding up and all the bulbs are pushed thru....I mean it's pretty amazing to think that trees come back year after year even though they look dead all winter.

Next time you come up Jiffy we'll go over. I'm trying to talk her into having a small pond.

Everything look so nice - clean and orderly and fresh with spring greens!

Me too. Dad did it all by himself when he was probably in his 60's. When we first moved to the house from the UK it was just a plain grassy yard......

You know tamara--I was thinking the same thing.--there are a few spring flowers here, and the grass is greening up, but that is about it.

I love your back yard faye, and thanks for the idea of checker-boarding with the pavers--i would have not ever thought of it.---and Loz thanks for sharing the pictures you took.

I don't even think mom knows this topic is in Gardeners Chat. She knows I took pics to share but she probably doesn't know where I posted them. I'll have to tell her.

Hey Faye looks like a good place to chat with a cup of coffee or two!!..

That bench up at the top of the steps....well it was sunny this afternoon and warmish so me and mom took our coffees up there and sat for a bit.

No fair...
