We came back around beachside.

Wouldn't I love to live in this cottage, it's my dream!

One last look at the Atlantic for the day.

And goodbye to the diggers, working so hard, it is back-breaking.

I'm so glad TW got his first view of the Atlantic Ocean - I used to love taking walks on the beach near my parents house, as a teen, in the winter - especially on a dreary day - there were all sorts of things to look at!

I did notice that most of the Maine beaches where we vacationed a few summers ago were quite different than the ones we are used to down here in NY and NJ. Much mor rocky and jagged. Though the ones you showed here looked more like what I know.

How have your kids liked having TW around?
Any stories to tell about their interactions - pictures?

He did get a little sick from the IMAX theater at the Boston Museum of science.

Willy went to Boston with us on Friday with my son's 3rd grade class. 6 hours in the bus, and I felt carsick too. And there was a kid who needed the bucket in the seat next to me. I didn't get many good pictures, but all in all we had a good time. There was a good electricity show that was loud and flashy, Willy enjoyed that.

Here we are having lunch and enjoying a view of Boston from the Charles River.

The square building in top center is the Prudential Tower, 2nd tallest now in Boston. Hancock is taller. To the left of that is 111 Huntington Ave also known as the R2-D2 building. It is part of the "Pru" complex. It is the tallest skyscraper built in Boston since 1987. The 8th tallest now in Boston. The Hancock, the tallest in Boston is in the center of the 2nd picture.

Looks like TW had a good time in Boston - thanks for sharing your trip with us!

Is there no one else who wanted to host him before he heads back to Cindy and Bill? I thought he was going to visit the west coast before heading back home?

I am a little busy to host him here. And right now I have no camera to share his adventures. But I've promised him a trip to Disneyland in the future.

Oh, my--I hope we find him soon---I would not want him getting all frightened--being out in the world all by himself, alone........ Good thing he at least has his blanket with him.

some how, willy is such a strong little gnome, i doubt he would be frightened, but he might find more adventure than he's used to.
