Me too...... I just not sure if we should ????? On the other hand Silence is scaring us.....We want to know .... Thanks Cindy for tellin us your feelings..... God Bless you now in your healing.
Thank you for telling us. I'm so happy you are here. I keep wanting to get up and dance, I'm so happy when I think about it. Also I now have signs to watch for in myself. I'm at the high end age for getting this and had no idea about it. So thank you for that too.

Thank you so very much 1) for sharing all of this with us---and 2) For educating us about all of the signs and symptoms of theses diseases.--I too am on the high end of the scale.--Fore-warned is fore-armed.Thankyou.
I will still be praying for you and thinking of you.I am so happy you are on the road to recovery, and that you are here with us.---And I Bless Bill every day too---God knew what he was doing when he put the 2 of you together.

Many people can have diverticulitis and not even know it. My dad has it---but not severely. But he has to watch eating anything with pips or seeds in it.
I for one .DIDN'T have that luck in our family....It Killed my sister in Florida....Only took a week......So the road isnt pleasant at all, now that I know Cindys story. Just like Cindy she was Healthy flower lover long black hair(ONly one in our family black) rest of us 9 were reddish or blondish.
Thanks for the story CIndy...... Still hurts to think of that.
I'm so sorry you had to get the diagnosis in such a profoundly horrifying way! There are easier ways to find out about serious health issues, and I would have wished for something better than that for you.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart? The other heart was given to another for us to find.

Junie said it all.
~~Tam~ You can bury all your troubles by digging in the dirt.
I will let you know as soon as I get back. But remember....my appointment is 2:30, which is 5:30 your time. So, it will be in the evening for you all on the "other side of the world".
we will be patient but thanks for the time reminder---but not to worry--we will be here--so when you get the time to post---please do so.
even if it is the next day-----just whenever you can will be good!!!

I hope you're appointment goes well, Cindy. I'll be thinking of you. Thank you, also, for sharing your story. It makes me nervous though. Last year I had a colonoscopy and they said I had a little bit of diverticulosis, so I'm at higher risk for developing diverticulitis as well as being high risk for getting colon cancer. You are a miracle though and I'm glad you're still here. :ding:
Thanks for telling us CIndy .Now were all going to keep on the prayer chain for you . Think Positive and Hope it is for the best. God will bless you again.
I went to the surgeon today and he said we are sorta in a bad spot...he's afraid if I have anymore surgery, with my pulmonary problems, I will develop ARDS again. I sure don't want that to happen. But, I'm only half finished with the meds I have to take for 10 days, and he wants me to come back a week from today and see where we are. He said he would for sure give me an answer next week.
Until I am going to have a positive attitude and pray a lot that he says everything will be OK without surgery.
prayers have never stopped for you Cindy,, Stay with being positive and keep your faith in the one that allowed you to be with us, I'm still lighting candles and the one at work stays lit too!
