it's in my yard, and i'm sure it or it's mate has a nest somewhere in the yard and the cats ignore it. any ideas? best picture i could get today

The second bird is a Northern Mockingbird, I'm not sure about the first.

the first is the same bird, just a bad picture. i told hubby it was a mockingbird. i've never had a cat bother a mockingbird in my whole life. and it is one of the few birds i can usually identify. but i just wanted to be sure.

I have seen plenty of mocking birds harassing cats and dogs though. Very aggressive birds.
