Hi,
I have Nandinas planted on both side property lines. They're about 30 years old. I've been trying to thin them out manually with loppers, but it's a huge project! Does anyone know what kind of root system they have, as in deep, or shallow? I was thinking of yanking most of them out with a chain tied to my riding lawnmower. Some of them are way over 6 feet tall, & just out of control. Would it be better to use Roundup, etc? I like them, but I've got to get a handle on them. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Jan
