check your provider---I got my dsl--when my provider began offering new bundles---I now am getting the same land line phone service,the mid grade cable and the mid grade DSL for the same money I was paying to get
basic cable and dial up--(phone service was the same as it is now)

at any rate it would not hurt to ask---

The biggest reason......No cable or wireless in our area.

I am not complaining.My son pays 99 dollars for comcast in town???
However his wife has a job online it is a benefit.

Were not that bad here. I have houses all around me. But the line isnt here yet. Some are on comcast.

Don't tell Verizon, but they still charge me $14.99 a month for my DSL....I've had it for years now and that was the first year intro rate. Mom and Dad pay $21.99 for the same thing I have. So shhhhh, don't tell them.

I HATED Dial up. I wouldn't go back to that for the rest of my life even if someone offered me a million bucks. Once you go faster you don't go back.

I've had Verizon at the intro rate for over two years. They just raised it a buck a month ago. I couldn't go back to dial up.

I agree 100% that Hi Speed is best.........But I dont have to be anywhere fast and have a lower price then you all quote......It is for unlimited and 24 hours.

My son has fast but wife works from home and needs it...
Being primitive is my way of saving $$$$$$$$$$$.. To buy more things..

It's only 5:30 AM here and the birds are only starting to wake up. The camera never seems to snap (every 5 minutes) when there are 50+ birds out there, but one of these times I'll catch that shot for you...
