I live in Northern IL and I always thought our bearded iris bloom in July.... They are starting to bloom now! Is this the right time for my region or i am going nuts???
Depends.... you may have border beardeds, which, I've noticed, bloom earlier than the TBs. Mine are just starting to open, for example, but my TBs are still green.
