Just curious if anyone has a gardening 'want list' for this year that they will be filling? It can be a whole plan, garden or just even a plant.

Mine is a new lily bed.

I'd like to find a place out here that I can plant my three trees without the fear of hubby mowing them down with the tractor.

I want to make my 14' x 2' flower bed into a 14' x 4' bed.--
then I want to plant some:
Bee Balm,
Sea Holly-(sapphire Blue)-,
several varieties of osteospermum,
a gaillardia--(Blanket flower)--(Arizona sun)----

& whatever else I find.---
Perhaps a Butterfly milkweed, a plant of Merit, and if I am so lucky a fanfare gaillardia--(Blanket flower)

I also have several seeds from several of you here I untend to plant there.
clap clap
I have 2 varigated liropes in there now, a Russian sage, and a Anemone--"annabella".

that is my 'plan' so far.

Well...I want the small bed I have now to be nicely filled in and survive July while I'm away

I would love a lily bed, the asiatic kinds or oriental lilies.

And dicentra bleeding hearts...hopefully the potted ones at the garden center go on clearence soon, those fernleaf dicentra looks so cool!

When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it. If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant. Mary Ann LaPensee
