4 cups raspberries
2 and 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice

Combine berries and sugar over low heat til sugar dissolves. Bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes, add lemon juice boil another 8-10 minutes. Seal up. Makes 4(8oz jars)

That's why it's a small recipe. I use my yellow raspberries to make this small batch.

The variety is called 'Fall Gold', I got them a few years ago at Wal-Mart. Started off with two plants and now I have so many they get mowed over sometimes. They are coming up everywhere. They taste like peaches not raspberries though.
