I want to buy a lemon tree. Saw one for sale at Michegan Bulb Co. and I would leave in for our NY winter and bring outdoors for the summer. My husband says it will not grow here, but I want to try. Has anyone bought one of these, did it grow, or is there a better place to purchase one? I tried starting from seed but had no luck. Thanks for any help.

What variety was it?
If you choose a Meyer dwarf lemon, you'll have a much better chance of success.
