Oh what a story! Sorry it didn't work out for you and Jiffy, Sheri! But...hopefully it will on the way home. Sometimes things like that happen. Like Loz and I were supposed to meet when her train came through St. Paul and had a stop but her train got delayed and was late so it just didn't work. I guess that is life!

My word, that is quite a series of events.!! I am so sorry for all of you.

Hopefully everything will work out and Jiffy and Sheri will be able to meet on the return trip.

This is so fun--I almost feel like I am on Jiffy's trip with her. !!

We have to live vicariously through her, Carol!

Jiffy called just alittle bit ago. she should be here within an hour or two. I have dial up so I have to get off of the computer. But, I wanted to let everyone know how it was going. Sorry she missed you Sheri. I'll give her a hug for you.

Talked to JIffy around 4:50pm....they were leaving out of Altavista VA. I figure that they will be here between 9-10pm. Probably ready for bed.

dodge, they're going to PA to visit relatives and bring back a piano. I'm in Greensboro today.

We have a fantastic visit. Jiffy and Scott are wonderful fun people. I'm so glad we had a chance to meet. And even though the property needs a lot of work it was still fun to show it off. Jiffy took pictures which is great because I'm not a good picture taker.

That was very sweet of your mom!! I'm sure you didn't get much of a chance to visit last night since they got in late but you will have plenty of time today. Can't wait to see some pictures!!

Blueberry muffins sound really good. I am not eating yet today because of some issues. But I am beginning to get hungry. I hope someone will enjoy one for me.

well as long as we are asking-------if you all end up at a nice sea food place--could somebody please eat some plain crab for me. I am not picky--king or snow crab either way.--I think one of my first long "drives" will be to get some. YUM!!!

Oh my on both counts....

clam chowder sounds good and so does crab cakes. But we all know that lasagna is on the menu. Loz worked to hard on it to let it go to waste. So it should go to waist instead.

Lasagna is one of my favs and I am not a big seafood eater so the menu sounds really good to me!!

Well I got all the divisions and bulbs from Jiffy planted. And I've reattched wee willies feet. It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be. There are a few holes but mostly on the bottom. I bet Jiffy never hands me anything again. I'm such a clutz. But he looks so cute. I think I'll put him over by the garden bench. That way he can keep me company when I sit in the garden. And I put the sign in the art gallery...okay it isn't an art gallery yet but I'm working on it. As sone as January gets here all of bills beautiful photos are getting framed and put up in there.

yum, yum, the lasagna went to waist... mine, scott's, mark's, and loz's. and it's going to waist some more! it is soooo good and not too much sauce so i could eat it too

The chocolate silk pie we had today was really good too! That went to my waist for sure! I didn't make that. Although I did make a Cinnamon Strudel loaf yesterday.

Cool pics Jiffy! There is still green on the trees there! Our leaves are long gone!!

ours also. I think there are maybe 30 leaves left on my tree in the front and they are brown and crunchy.

We still have some leaves up here too, but we've already had snow. Doesn't make much sense to me.

ok, i'll be posting lots more pictures while i'm puttering at my mother in law's. we get back on the road in the next couple hours i don't want to leave loz
