What's the best antenna to recieve digital televison signals?An indoor UHF/VHF antenna or an outdoor antenna?

Any outdoor antenna will end up with a better signal; however many aren't too practical... I've been recommending This Antenna to people; it's what I got my mom... They also have it at Radio Shack
