That's OK Tina--I just had to give you a hard time. I am actually glad that John was able to enjoy it.--and you do have a point---I have NO dishes to do. (which is secretly why I like to go out and eat)---I am also glad that Joni got to eat Lobster again.--and truthfuly I prefer crab.

But I must assure you that WHERE the sea food comes from makes all the difference in the world.

You gotta be in Maine to have authentic tasting lobster or have it overnighted. And you should be in Maryland/Delaware to have authentic tasting crab. Otherwise, the taste is a bit "off".

I miss crab from down there.

We have earthquakes here also because of the faultline. But not to the magnitude experienced in California.

I just had to share that right away because it was still shaking. That makes for minor excitement. We have them all of the time but not so you can always feel them. This one was close. I like to guess where and magnitude.

as long as there is lime, pass me a few too OK???--and then it is off to Deleware is it ?? for crab----I was in Maryland and had crab from the coast---but that was like 30 years ago-----
then about 8 yrs ago I was at Virginia beach and had crab---but it was just so so---

Those are very pretty laid out like that.

My EX went to court today charged with criminal threatening of a woman & her kids at the bus stop.

He was found NOT GUILTY because all he had told her was to leave HIS KIDS alone!

She didn't like to be told to leave the boys be and tried to turn it into something it wasn't. Fortunately, Edward was able to prove his side of it.

I hate it when the boys have to see Edward lose his temper but on the other hand, they KNOW that Dad will always always stand up for them! That's why he stands with them at the bus stop because it is a borderline rough neighborhood.

I can see that--and yes, merme--soem kind of sweet drink---I used to love sloe gin & orange juice--but these days it is mainly Asti that I drink---but I am always open to suggestion.....

I am impressed that he goes to the bus stop with the boys----a lot of dads would not bother----I am glad the judge saw thru this woman.....

Tina ~ Maxi was so proud of him, exclaiming "Mommy, for once he didn't do it! That lady lied!" The boys have heard him say impossibly rude things to people that rub him the wrong way in public, so Maxi was delighted Edward kept his cool this time AND proved it in court.

I know, Carol. LOTS of dad's wouldn't bother at all. We know a few, in fact.

When we lived on the other side of town, there was a little boy whose parents were hung over every single morning. That kid got himself together for school as best as he could and would go to the bus stop at whatever time he was ready. Sometimes hours early and we would find him sleeping there. He was never dressed right, either.

Edward and I are both hyper-protective of the children and don't mind showing our claws/fangs when one is threatened.

I am way into coffee these days. I feel the need to keep my mind alert in case I have some emergency happen. I need my wits about me right now.
