I have always had the same problem.

I think Mark is going to get me some stocking stuffers. He bought me a pretty expensive keyboard for Christmas...the kind that has the keys that light up and teach you how to play...it's very cool, and it his a mic and stand with it......I was going to wait to open it up but I just couldn't.

oh, I'm not complaining about the 80 degree weather. it's just that our weather has been so up and down. one day it's layers of clothing, jeans and a hat. Next day, tshirt and shorts. and of course, some days shorts under sweat pants.

yep, the 'filler of the stockings' is a lot like the 'washer of the cloths'. everyone else is taken care of, but not you. ha ha.

my fall garden doesn't know which end is up? we get several days of fall weather then this 70-80 degree weather???

Jiffy ~ I'm glad you probably will have Monday off; I hope you can use it for some rest!

I'm so tickled I got all the fillin's for Maxi's "movie night" gift today! A huge red plastic bowl, those mini soda cans, popcorn, movie candy boxes, and slippers. Now I'm just waiting for the DVD's I ordered to show up.

Oh man, I have GOT to get some wrapping paper! I haven't wrapped a single thing yet!

Because my dialysis schedule has changed for the next two weeks to accomodate the holidays, I will be off on Monday so I'm hoping to convince someone to take me shopping so I can nail his stocking. They are calling for a huge snow storm on Monday, though, so I don't know.

Tuesday morning at 8 I see the back specialist and they say he is going to fix me right up. Immediately afterwards, I go to dialysis, so that pretty much shoots Tuesday for shopping.

The whole thing is making me nervous!

Sheri I don't like humidity in the summer. I would freak out if it got humid in the winter too!

Too exhausted to type.. IT stopped snowing this afternoon, Theres about a foot or more. Thank god for the big snow blower becausae the driveway is way too long. IT got bogged down in some areas, even thought its a big one.
I had to dig the center of the driveway out, And dig my car out, My husband still went out in that weather. Oh well. MAybe I should quit talking about the weather. CAnt change it, might as well make the best of it. I ache all over and I am whipped. I think I will go sit in a hot tub for a while.. Something I rarely do.. Sorry to be a whiner guys, Say.. whens spring??? Might be on later, Probably will crash in front of the tV. Glad I made chili today, it just hit the spot!

If & when you ever find out the answer to that question would you post it?? I would be really interested to know the answer.---and for that matter why is it NO_ONE has ever ask me why I did not make myself a stocking or why is that they have not bought me a stocking.----I do not make myself one because who would fill it??/ I see no use to me making a stocking and then have it be empty come Christmas Day, right???

Will Mark eventually fill your stocking??? or will your mom come and fill it for you???

Now I just tell hubby over and over....there BETTER be something in my stocking on Christmas morning. I even threaten to buy it myself, and he says no no.....I'll get you something.

I still have friends living in PA in Amish country, near where I grew up. Each year they send me a package of preserves put up by the Amish; a reminder of "down home". It is always yummy fruits and chutneys and vegetable salsas. So good! I look forward to that taste of home each Christmas.

My box arrived yesterday and I am sampling the corn salsa tonight!
