[color:#006600] It was from Diane.--I just HAVE to share them with you---[/color] ....................................Diane---This was ever so sweet of you. [color:#990000]Thank you My friend!!! [/color] First is my Christmas Card--and the wonderful Echinacea seeds. She was so very nice and has sent me the Coconut Lime, DBL Pink delight, AND Harvest Moon varieties....I cannot wait until spring!!!! Second is a Christmas package---Diane said I need not wait to open it, but that the choice was mine-I like the idea of waiting-it will add to the suspence!!I will be sure to post a picture of my surprise after I open it--promise!!!- Of course you noticed the Peanut Butter Cookies---homemade--and VERY tasty indeed. I had a very hard time NOT eating the last one so I could take a picture to post. Last, But far from least, are my Purple Gloves---I had wanted to ask my DH to take a picture of me so I could put on both---but I forgot----so this will have to do--I am SOOOOOOOO Tickled. Aren't they just perfect!!! ________ Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain!! .....

angelblossom A Gnome's Best Friend Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 30,001 Arlington,Texas	Awwww Carol,, I'm glad you enjoyed the cookies,,, It 's just a basic Betty Crocker Cook book recipe,, difference is I take them out of the oven early so they will remain chewy,, :wink: besides it always helps to send along something sweet when I was soooo very late in getting the seeds to you while,seeking forgiveness on being so dang late getting them in the mail,, Sorry Carol,, I was supposed to have sent those seeds a long time ago,, so I figured two Purple gloves was in order,, I haven't opened Dodge's Gift either,, So we Both will have a GH friend's gift waiting for us to open! "Grace without perfection is more to be desired than perfection without grace."

Can't wait to see the seeds grow for you next summer, Carol - how sweet of Diane to share her beautiful plants with you. And I bet those cookies were yummmmmmmmmy - Diane is always cooking up some delicious dish or another. I don't know how you do it - waiting to open gifts - thank goodness I don't have to do that - the suspense would be very difficult indeed!
