Well, in a way we could say we had a rough/bad 2008. God only knows it was difficult on a lot of us. But, we do have to look to the positive. Mommy and Bill are still here with us. And for that I know we are all very grateful. Things could have been so much worse but God gave us the gift of keeping our loved ones here with us. In my prayers every night I always remember to thank God for letting them stay here with us. So, even though it was very difficult, let's all remember how lucky we were. We all get to welcome 2009 with Bill and Mommy.

You WERE supposed to be here. That's why you are. We all need you both.
I always remember that night when we had left the hospital in Everett and were heading back to CH after the dr's there had told me Mommy wasn't going to live. In my head I was trying to come to terms with her being gone. I honestly felt like if it weren't for Brennan I could have just shut my eyes and my broken heart would take me away with Mommy. So many things were going through my mind that night through that drive back to CH. But, God answered our prayers just like He did when you were in the hospital. He knew it wasn't time to take you yet. Too many people needed you both here. Although 2008 was a bad year, it was a good year too. You are both still here because you are supposed to be. God gave us all a wonderful gift.

We weren't supposed to be here today, were we? Yes you were or he have taken you both then. I am sure glad he didn't. If he had I would have never been able to meet the girl of my dreams @ DFW  I watched the New Year in behind closed eye lids  . To Merme and all others that were still up Happy New Year .
