I guess everyone is off line for tonight already, huh? oatmeal pancakes, grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup, oh and a party at noon.....see guys, I actually read back a little tonight! ha ha
We tilled the garden today! YEA! my neighbor brought over some well aged horse poo last week, so we got that all tilled up in the soil. I was trying to remember if you were supposed to till the poo up with the soil or just spread it on top. hubby and my son got a little tiller happy before I could google up that question. they spread it all out with the shovel and tilled it in. all's good I suppose?

I Need to sift my compost tomorrow and get it amended in the soil too, I picked a few bags of Mushroom compost I'm going to add to it. My Brugmansia seem to love it, so I got a lot to get started with this year!

Hi all,
I am posting but I am so tired - takes a lot of energy to sit at Chick E Cheese for 3 hours- it's so noisy! but Nicoli had a ball and all the boys had fun- he got to hug Chuck E Cheese himself and eat the icing off his cake so he is a happy child - we did our own birthday there not one of theirs- I had a bunch of coupons off the net and it was about half of what they would have charged for the same thing...so we are happy
I am going to work on putting pics on my new puter tomorrow so I can start posting to my blog again- Carrie or Jon is supposed to email me the ones they took and some others they have so hopefully I will have those to share too.
Well I can't seem to spell right so must be really tired so going to give Mom her pills and head to bed... have a lot to do tomorrow too....

3 hours at a place like that is WAY too long! zoink

the last time I went to chuck e cheese I took my son and was pregnant with my daughter. like you said it was SO loud and crazy, but GROWN people were bumping into me and plowing me down. plowing down a pregnant woman is just not right! glad you made it out of there, nana. kissie lol

Home depot sells it,,,,, it's the part of the edible mushroom that is removed before it goes to market to sell that is decomposed with other organic material,, it is great for already established plants,, But I never use it to germinate seeds,, it seems to retard the germination,, , it might have to do with the natural "salt" content in it,. I use my own compost to start seeds in,,

Good morning, all.

Your prayers and well wishes did great! I woke up right on time without the alarm and am a Perky Me. Once I have some coffee, I'll be off to the kitchen to get started. I have to mix the Hush puppy dough & get going on chopping a ton or two of vegetables. I also need to cook a whole chicken down for stock....

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.
