5 cups crushed blueberries
7 cups sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1(170ml)pk of liquid pectin

Boil blueberries, sugar and lemon juice for 3 minutes(stir constantly). Remove from heat and add pectin, stir and skim for 5 minutes. Seal up.

I use liquid pectin now for everything. Once you find it you'll never use powder again. It comes in a box with two pouches inside.
It instantly mixes through with a few stirs, no clumps at all. Best thing they ever could of invented. It makes jelly's so clear.
