I have often wondered about just that thing, Sheri--it is my opinion that these types of people were not thinking "children" at the time if ya know what I mean---It really hit home to me when my girls were small because I had a few friends (several couples) who were waiting patiently to adopt--and tehn you would see the likes of what you describes from time to time---it is sad---

and on that note my friends, I must say good night--sleep well everyone. snooz

Sheri I've been on an insulin pump for nearly 10 years except for the year when my Minimed broke down and it took a year to get up and running again with the Animas pump. It was just a "comedy of errors" that led to that overly-long delay between pumps... and it was tough to be back on 5 shots a day and not getting good results. The pump is superior and I like the Animas pretty much.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?

My tummy still isn't completely healed yet, though it IS doing better. I just have to be careful or I get really queasy very fast and it just won't go away. Tonight I finally had some crisp toast but only sipped at the coffee. Just a few sips were enough, though.

Tomorrow I have to go to Target as it is time to stock up on bathroom supplies. And it is time for grocery shopping too. And I don't feel like doing any of it! lol

But time is of the essence this week, so I gotta get it done while I can...

Can't be too much of a slug when the spring dawns and it is time to get cracking!

Safe away home, O my palies, and sweet dreams to you all!
