Carol was kind enough to share this recipe with me the other day, and today I bought the ingredients for it. I made a few minor adjustments, so it's better suited for my family. Some don't eat lima beans, so I substituted garbanzo beans. I also added an extra can of green beans. I don't like celery so much, so I left it out. I also prefer red peppers to green, so I switched that too. I also prefer red onions to yellow. It makes for a VERY colorful dish!

It needs to be refrigerated for 24 hours, so I haven't tasted it yet - can't wait!!! thumbup

No bacon for me, but I don't see why you couldn't?
