yarrow lost bloom color

Has anyone ever had yarrow revert to all white
Is there any way to regain bloom color? They are all white and use to be multi(pink,red) several clumps have been all qhite this year

I have had them revert to white also. I think I looked it up in my book and they (the bookish experts) said it happens more often than not.
