This a delicious and healthy alternative to regular french fries. One of my favorite snacks so I thought I'd share. Very easy to make. All you need is a yam or sweet potato, (I prefer yams), olive oil, and a bit of salt or seasoning of your choice. Peel the yam and cut into fries. Toss raw fries with a bit of olive oil. Brush a cookie sheet with a small amount of the olive oil, just enough to keep the fries from sticking. Arrange fries on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt or other seasoning. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
