I bought this in a 2inch starter plant,, here is the tag

the only thing that looks like it is the leaves and the color
Mine has single blooms this tag shows a cluster of blooms on a single stem

Diane - I have a monarda that looks very much like the picture, but mine is the more common Jacob Cline - got it in a plant swap about 5 years ago as a tiny cutting - now it's all over that garden - it spreads like wildfire!

I never saw one that has flowers that you've posted - it's interesting.
The buds do look familiar to me, but I can't place it.
I hope someone can identify it for us!


I just did a short search and the flower kinda looks like a scarlet morning glory?
