Want to know if you have ever been attacked by "Total Security Spyware"?
I was last nite .

It flashes all sorts of pink alert your been attacked by a virus and need to rid of it immediately........Download this Total Security and you will be safe or something of that jazz.......It had window logo with it and I thought it was for real......So I did.
What a fatal mistake.......it consumed the computer and took off everything but the email.....................fortunately after several hours I figure it all out ......There was no taking it off the control panel either. Google Total security Spyware and it will tell you .

dodge, thank you for posting this. it tried to download to my machine this morning, but i remembered this post, and something just looked "off" about it. it took me about 5 minutes to get all the windows it opened closed so it couldn't download itself.

Lol, i don't make a habit of downloading things that I haven't looked up before; generally for spyware cleanup I'd go with "Spybot Search and Destroy"

I dont either, but it flashed its head off and in pink and had windows logo and all sorts of stull......
