I talked to Cindy. She is still in the hospital, wishing she wasn't...
She was put in a room with a lady who's brat kid threw Cindy's phone in the toilet... deleting all stored numbers and stuff.
Her laptop is home where it won't get stolen, so she is missing the forum and her friends here.
She sounds a little better but she sounds weak and tired.
She won't tell me much about what's going on (brat!), but at least know she is still with us and wanting to get back ASAP!

I am glad her laptop is home---as much as I am sure Cindy wants her phone with her, I am sure it would be safer at home as well.

and as far as not wanting to be in the hospital--I think taht is THE place to be---she wont be doing too much when in the Hospital (as I am sure she would be at home) so she should begin to recover better/quicker.

I have been trying to sleep but I can't get comfortable, but this is much better than the hospital.

I'm very weak...today is the first day I have had "food" since November 12. For the past several weeks I have lived on IV's and ice chips.
I am sick....very sick...and if I hadn't gone to the ER Tuesday I would probably be dead right now. I have a very bad infection sorta thing going on inside...too complicated to try to explain here, but as long as I do what I am supposed to do I am allowed to stay home and deal with it...if it gets worse I will be back to the hospital to stay for a long time.

Thank you all for your prayers and thoughts...maybe one of these days I will get straightened out and climb a tree for you again.

So nice to hear from you, Cindy. You still have my prayers for healing and comfort. I am glad you are able to do it at home where you feel a little more comfortable.

I'm trying to...but today I did 2 bad things, one of them I'm not telling. The other was vacuuming. Just a small area...about 6' to 8'...in the area where I set at the table. Lola had thrown so many crumbs in the floor this week-end, and I couldn't stand stepping on them any longer. Housekeeper is off til Thursday...so I vacuumed them up. I'm paying for it already...

I keep forgetting to get someone to retrieve Kim (my RoomBa) out from under the chair where she stays so I can use her. BadBrother is stopping in tomorrow morning to install a new keypad for the alarm system, so I have just written a huge reminder to have him get her for me.
