Very odd weather indeed..... I haven't got a chance to look at the pic..I'm a bit lost on the computer again, too long without one I guess. My daughter is a lost cause I'm sad to say Merme, the more we help her the worst she is.

I always find it difficult to find my way around an unfamiliar computer also, Tam. It takes me a while to get used to the set up.

I'm sorry things aren't well with your girl.

This morning when I was baking rolls, I was wondering what you've been baking this week!

My health isn't the best Merme. I have been dealing with alot of damage to my insides lately. In fact i am here on my way home from an appointment, may as well make the trip count .lol. I am trying to keep myself from the doctors knife again.

i haven't been baking up too much...I need to limit my flour intake so it's been more cooking than baking.

I'm sorry you haven't been well, my friend. Here is praying and wishing you a better 2010 than 2009 was!

Oh, limiting flour intake must be tough. I'm not sure I could do that!

My daughter has wiped me clean financially so this month was her last lesson. Quitting school, changing leases(with us paying the difference) and now quitting her job has done me in...I guess her no-good boyfriend can take care of her now...we are done. I have never in my life thought that such a child with such a good start in life could ruin her chances for a good start.

So now it's time to take care of me...

Yes, you must take care of you, Tam. Does your daughter still live far away near where she went to school or did she move back closer to you?

Yup, no flour is a biggie since I live on junk....No more cakes, cookies or such allowed now. Unless I want to go in for another bowel surgery.. Oh and get this..I am now overweight for my height...too funny.

No she is still almost a 4 hour drive away...She hardly calls me anymore and never answers when I call...she wouldn't even come home for Christmas..

Oh, I am sorry to hear that! What a painful situation for you....

I never thought that I'd be in this situation Merme...never. The past two years with my daughter have been a nightmare...emotionally and financially.

I can't hardly imagine you overweight for your height, Tam; you've always been so slim! And how regrettable that the last 2 years have been so hard. I sure wish you had a better access to a computer and internet so you could hang out with us more often again.

Ya, as long as they don't try kick me out...I only have 5 minutes left on this computer...but no one else is here to take over any. Theres only 5 of us here on 5 computers...I might be good for another hour.
