Thanks all for your kind words about my JOJO. When I am home he follows me everywhere I go he walks behind me (keep his wings clipped) he is my constant companion even if he is a pester pot. He eats off my plate and talks some. Friday my Grandson Mike came in O( he is on R&R till feb. 6 then back to Iraq.) JOJO looked at Mike and said "whats your name" I have been trying for a long time to get him to ask that then respond. Mike said my names Mike whats your name? JOJO said JOJO. All that work and repeating finally paid off.

Now thats down right american of JO jo.

Just like a kid--he talks when HE wants not when you want him to.

I watch everything I say for that reason. He is like a 2 year old child energy talking and all. Sometimes he wears me out then I lock him in his cage and tell him daddy needs to rest. After about 30 minutes he starts saying JOJO out until I give in and let him out. He will then come to me and say "hello sweetheart" I always call him and Trent both sweetheart.

Must be a riot there . Bet its funny when a stanger walks in an jo jo jabbers.
Probably scare the wits out of one.

Hope their quiet at nite.

Yes a couple of people just glare at him. A friends son wanted to hold him when he stuck his hand out JOJO looked at him and said step up step up when the son said he was not about to tell a stupid bird any thing then JOJO came back to me and refused to have anything to do with him.

To bad you dont have a video camera on JO JO when he carrys on.

My friend has a parrot an it would not speak when I was there. She said it did.

it sounds like JoJo is great company for you. that is great.

Dodge he loves to pull hair even as short as mine is he seems to find an hair. Loves to pull on my beard too. I don't have a video camera or I would.

Juniegirl he is a lot of company. When I first came home from the hospital he wouldn't leave me and tried to keep my nurse away.
