the forcaster jsut said that we will not get much more today. (it is still snowing here) I think 4-5 inches so far. I will send ya all the snow on the roads OK??

I am glad she is coming back.
mine is havig a "candle party" on saturday, so she will get her valentine then, if the l ittle one is there too she will get hers as well. They get a card, a small bit of candy and perhaps some money--if I can get out. But at least I will save on the postage.

Sounds nice..I went to a candle party once, I find them so expensive. I bought a sweet grass candle~it smelled lovely though...you can't beat the quality. It stormed last year here the day before, day of and day after Valentines day. It was the first time that DH couldn't buy me flowers...I look forward to Valentines day more than any other holiday time. I love fresh daisies in a vase on the table.

for sure, and rain is better than snow, not to mention we could use the moisture for our spring flowers---. I am home today because Rod took the vehicle that is good in snow. but warm is good, so I'll be ok.

Laundry is drying; the dishwasher is stopped. I've been doing a task I've put off for a long time... getting rid of papers that have piled up! I have a mess on my hands w/ Maxi's snow suit. When I released the inner facing of the waistband, the top of the suit came off!  I thought it was all of a piece OR sewn to the waist band separately. But no.... Merme

It went great Merme..it was a defective splitter. I had picked up the modem and installed it myself...the splitter they gave me was a used one. So I have a new one now and am good to go. It seems strange to be online and have the phone ring now, I have the lowest high speed available yet feel like it's the best thing ever

You can limit who you are friends with on Facebook, Tam. Just do not confirm requests you do not want.
I'm on Facebook because it is a good way to keep up with distant family... especially the young ones who are on Facebook more often than email.

I know people who have hundreds of others on their facebook, all they do is spam you with junk. I just want it to see pics of distant family...so I'll be denying lots of people. I signed up this morning and have 43 requests already.

So it is wise to deny someone unless you KNOW who it is and that they actually sent you a request. as I said there are settings to make sure that does not happen (or to help it not happen)

Carol when you are on Facebook, click on Friend Finder. It will give you a search screen and you just type in Tamara's name. It will bring you to a page which will list all the people of that name. Scroll till you find the right one, then click on the name. It will open an invitation screen and you can message her.
